When CYM Collects Your Personal Information
CYM collects personal information from you when you: (i) become authorized to use this site through a Site Partner; (ii) purchase a product or service from CYM or a Site Partner; (iii) request further information regarding a product or service offered by CYM.
Why CYM Collects Your Personal Information & the Use of that Information
CYM needs to collect and use your personal information in order to: (i) facilitate your orders for services or products; (ii) send you notifications regarding services, products, or information requested; (iii) promote the services of CYM’s Site Partners; (iv) respond to your questions or suggestions; and/or (v) improve the quality of this site.

At all times, you will have the opportunity upon the receipt of such promotional e-mails (which do not pertain directly to the status of any of your orders) to unsubscribe from receiving such promotional e-mails in the future.
(iii) Promote the Services of Site Partners. You can do this by checking the applicable opt in box(es) located on this site. You acknowledge and agree that when you purchase a product or service, you are contracting directly with the applicable service provider offering the purchased product or service.
